PEP® is an effective new approach to work management. PEP® is not a course or seminar and you do not have to look to a remote location. The PEP® program takes place within your own company / office.
This PEP® Program is designed for those people who have
planning responsibility and direct reports.
PEP® is conducted in four separate meetings which spans several
months. The participants first meet as a group, followed by
extensive one-on-one coaching sessions conducted in the "real
world" environment of their individual offices. Effective follow-up
and coaching are integral elements of PEP® designed to ensure
that the methods and technologies taught in PEP® are reinforced.
Move PEP® is a special window of opportunity that presents
itself when the decision is made to move either a department or
an entire organization.
Companies typically will spend many thousands of Euros per
employee for hardware (furniture) where people will be
positioned to do work. This hardware is limited without
addressing how people work. Move-PEP® is the process which will
improve the ability of personnel to accomplish work and create a
more productive environment.
Executive-PEP® is designed for the busy senior executive
who's schedule does not allow time to participate in the
standard PEP® Program. In addition to the PEP® format, the
program addresses the specific needs of the participant.
The program is done one-on-one (the executive assistant should
also be included in the sessions) and spans four half days over
a period of 3 to 4 months.
Target group
Clients who would like to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of their teams in the areas of common filing,
common planning, coordinated common work processes and team
targets.
Purpose and implementation
Team-PEP® focuses on the structuring of information and work
processes of teams. Individual efficiency is a basic requirement
and thus an additional training module for those who have not
done PEP® themselves yet. Depending on the situation and the
wishes of the client the team aspect can be limited to common
electronic archiving.
